He-brewery...(or three guys on a mission)



Before you, you see the labor of three men. The two little bottles are a batch that we lovingly named New Bridge Brown Ale. The bigger container holds a robust porter endearingly called Hogg's Porter. He-brewery initially started when two seminary students, who had a great admiration for the Hebrew language, found that when studying Hebrew grammar, beer was a necessity. We also found out (as none of us have a lot of money) that it is quite cheaper to make your own beer than pay the amount at the store. The only problem is that you have to learn patience in the brewing process.
